After damage from Hurricane Irma and a few years of neglect, the office is now back to it’s former glory with modern updates, and will be used as a satellite office for the design firm that undertook this endeavor, creating a flexible co-working space for creative collaborators. It goes further by offering an evolutionary design which creatively celebrates the cultural, ecological and physical environment of The Florida Keys. The design of Rock House is a sophisticated amalgamation of elements of both longhouses and the aforementioned Balinese compounds. You see a club ring (club fighting +4) that is brand-new. Odolina showcases an intricate vintage inspired design that runs all the way around the cathedral style band with white diamonds set within the features of the band. Nonetheless, the Rock House masterfully blends these disparate influences together to create an unexpected, yet convincing, design solution. mcwhewv
