That’s why Ryzen CPU’s run warmer at idle. The CPU will throttle itself accordingly to maintain that temp. I am not aware if that is even possible at this point as I have tried practically every program to do so. 2GHz on all cores (normal for all core loads I believe?). I am running everything at stock and am very happy with the performance. I used my 3900x with Noctua NH-D15 and the temperatures got up to like 80-85c area at highest, can't remember exactly. 280mm Rad. However the only thing concerning me are the temps. 46 V and temp is around 45-55 Cel.
